Where we deliver

This store's own FAQ offers free delivery to other countries at 12 days, and its checkout accepts an address anywhere, so an international order is taken here rather than sent to a sibling store.

We ship everywhere in the United States, including New York NY, Los Angeles CA, Chicago IL, Houston TX, Phoenix AZ, Philadelphia PA, San Antonio TX, San Diego CA, Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Seattle WA, Denver CO, Miami FL, Portland OR.

What delivery costs

  • Free on orders of $50 or more.
  • Express Shipping at $22 below that threshold. It is the only method offered under $50.
  • Express Shipping is also available above the threshold, as a paid upgrade, at the same $22.

The threshold is applied at checkout on the order value. You do not need to ask for it.

No sales tax is added at checkout, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

How long it takes

Allow about 10 days in transit. That is on top of a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.

Delivery time varies by location, and a remote address will sit at the longer end of that window.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then email us with your order number.

For logistical reasons items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake, and it is worth checking whether part of an order has already landed before reporting it missing.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked as complete that is not on your doorstep: email scarfteam@customersupport.care with the order number and we will chase the courier. Under the law of your state Law goods that do not arrive within a reasonable time are our problem to fix, not yours.
